Privacy Policy

• We do not store IP addresses — not in plain form and not hashed.
• We never ask for or process payment details. Purchases happen at the provider.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

• Abuse prevention (esd_nav). When you open the site we may set a short-lived first-party cookie that expires after 30 minutes. It holds a random, signed value with no identifier in it. Its only purpose is to tell a real browser apart from automated traffic that abuses our outbound links, which protects our affiliate partnerships. The cookie is HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, so scripts cannot read it and it is never sent to other sites. We store only whether a valid cookie was present when an outbound link was used — never the value itself.
• An anonymous session id is kept in your browser's local storage so repeated clicks within one visit can be grouped. It is a random value and stays in your browser.
• Analytics cookies are set by the services listed below.

• Google Analytics 4 gives us aggregated usage statistics such as page views and traffic sources.
• Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — click and scroll behaviour and session replays — to help us find usability problems. Clarity masks text entered into form fields. It runs only on esimdu.com and not on our administration pages.

Both are provided by companies outside the EU, which can mean your data is transferred to third countries. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and both services respond to browser Do Not Track and ad-blocking tools.

When you open a provider offer through our site we record the provider, the plan, the destination, the page you came from, the referring URL, your browser's user agent string, the anonymous session id and our own assessment of whether the request looked automated. We use this to measure which comparisons are useful and to detect bot traffic that would otherwise damage our affiliate partnerships. No IP address is part of this record.

If you write to us through the contact form or the chat widget we store what you send — your message and, if you provide them, your name and email address — so that we can reply. We use these details for nothing else.

Contact and chat messages are kept while we need them to handle your enquiry. Outbound link records are kept for ongoing fraud detection and reporting. The abuse-prevention cookie expires after 30 minutes. We delete records once they no longer serve these purposes.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not store IP addresses and the session values are random, we may be unable to connect a request to specific records without further detail from you.
